We’ll even talk about customer experience, not from a script, but from the perspective of making people feel seen, heard, and appreciated (a lesson I picked up in hospitality that’s stuck with me ever since).

Research & Testing
Test small, learn fast, and save yourself a lot of time and money.
Before you commit to a big campaign, launch, or spend, it’s smart to poke around a bit. What do people actually want? What language are they using? What’s working for others?
This part of the training helps you find your space. We’ll show you how to use AI to do competitor research, test ideas, and gather insights that shape better decisions. It’s not about being perfect, it’s about learning quickly and adjusting before things get expensive.
